Their Challenge

Dot Project supports the social sector with their digital resilience and confidence so that people and organisations can thrive collectively. They are a cooperatively owned non-profit that is operated by the Members. They needed to agree on a story that would help them achieve their goals for growth and create a new brand identity and website.

Their Story: Building strong organisational foundations for using technology

We coached the Dot Project team through the Brand Story Workshop over two afternoons online. Through a series of creative exercises and challenging discussions, they pooled their knowledge and skills to find a story they could all get behind. That was followed up by a session with a smaller group for a Creative Briefs Workshop for visual identity and website projects. Dot Project still uses their creative briefs for suppliers because they distil the key information every maker needs to understand. 

Dot Project now have a brand story that focuses on tech and teams to build strong technology foundations.
