Their Challenge
Provira is a financial company that is a market leader in Inheritance and Estate Advances. To grow their business they decided to invest in their marketing strategy and customer experience. Their challenge was that to create more awareness and convert more customers they first needed to move beyond product marketing and define their mission and core elements that would be used to build consistent, emotional and effective customer experiences.
Their Story: Giving people the freedom to move forward
Gina Wessels, the Head of Marketing, wanted to collect as much richness from the Provira team as possible in a short amount of time. We ran a Brand Story Workshop with 9 key people who brought their depth of knowledge, passion and thoughtfulness to the process, co-creating a Story they believe in and is useful everyday. We then helped them bring their Brand Story to life through updated brand guidelines, brochures, website, image library, advertising and customer illustration templates. We supplied assets in Canva enabling Provira to manage their brand creative themselves.
