Their Challenge

WatchHouse had been bringing modern coffee to Londoners for the previous 6 years. They had recently launched their own roastery, taken bakery and food in-house, started a coffee bean subscription service, and there were plans to expand the number of WatchHouse locations. They had a lot going on and they needed to define how WatchHouse was going to continue to deliver extraordinary experiences every day.

Their Story: Make the daily routine extraordinary

Working with their Marketing Director, Olivia Clasper, we ran a one day Brand Story Workshop with the WatchHouse team. They got to hear directly from their colleagues how their coffee experience was created, and through a series of creative exercises they captured and then agreed on the key elements that make WatchHouse special. We then turned those core elements into an easy to use Brand Story book.
