Their Challenge

As part of their strategic development, Quadrature Climate Foundation wanted to create more awareness and expertise on the power of developing strong questions. We were asked by the foundation to support the team in their journey towards implementing a ‘questioning mindset’ as part of their strategic ambition.

Their Story: The power of better questions.

We ran a one day Big Leap Workshop with over 25 participants. The workshop provided the space to enable teams to stay in the question space and gave them techniques to solve problems with creativity. Through creative exercises The Big Leap methodology coaches the participants how to understand a big question, explore long distance connections, find relevancy and connection, and equip their teams with new tools and practises to deliver change. We delivered a Big Leap Report capturing the work from the day, actions, opportunities and observations.
